Do you work with clients outside Melbourne?
Yes. We support clients in Melbourne and we also work Australia-wide with cloud bookkeeping.
Do you specialise in Xero?
Yes. Our bookkeeping workflows are built around Xero. If you’re already in Xero, we can clean up and streamline your file. If you’re not, we’ll help you move across and set it up properly.
What industries do you work with?
We work with a range of service-based businesses and trades. If your bookkeeping has become messy, overdue, or inconsistent, we’re a good fit.
What services do you provide?
Ongoing bookkeeping, payroll, BAS support (where applicable), and monthly reporting. We also handle catch-ups, clean-ups, and tidy transitions if you’re moving from spreadsheets or another bookkeeper.
Can you help if my BAS/bookkeeping is behind?
Yes. We can do rescue work: catch-up bookkeeping, cleanup, reconciliation, and a plan to keep you current going forward.
Do you do tax returns?
We focus on bookkeeping and business financial support. If you need tax returns, we can work alongside your accountant and make sure your accounts are clean and accurate for year-end.
How do you charge?
We offer fixed monthly packages for ongoing work where possible, and scoped one-off fees for catch-ups/clean-ups. Pricing depends on volume, payroll complexity, and how tidy the file is.

A quick chat, access to your Xero file (or your current records), and clarity on what you want handled (bookkeeping only vs payroll vs reporting). We’ll outline the scope and next steps before anything starts.
