Big Little Numbers exists to do more than “keep the books up to date”. We’re here to give small business owners the clarity and support they need to make better decisions using numbers they actually understand.


Our Approach

We’ve been working with small and growing businesses since 2005. Over that time, we’ve seen the same pattern over and over:

  • The bookkeeping is technically “done”…

  • BAS gets lodged…

  • But the owner still feels stressed, in the dark and unsure what the numbers are really telling them.

We decided that wasn’t good enough.

At Big Little Numbers, we still provide meticulous bookkeeping and payroll – that’s the foundation. But we go further. We:

  • Turn that data into clear reports and practical insights

  • Sit down with you to review your numbers and decide what to do next

It’s bookkeeping plus advisory support, so you’re not left trying to interpret your financials alone.

Our Team

 

Kristi Cairns - Director

Kristi has worked in the accounting sector since 1993 and started Big Little Numbers in 2005. She leads the team and focuses on helping business owners understand their numbers and use them to grow.

Kristi holds an Advanced Diploma of Accounting, is a Registered BAS Agent, Xero Certified Advisor, Certified Trainer and Coach, and a member of both the Association of Accounting Technicians and Australian Bookkeepers Network.

Bronwyn Millen

Client Relationship Manager & Senior Bookkeeper - has a Bachelor of Business Degree, a Certificate IV in Financial Services (Bookkeeping), is a Registered BAS Agent and Xero Certified Advisor.  She has over 25 years experience in management and administration roles including accounting & bookkeeping.

Veronica Letelier

Bookkeeper - holds a Diploma of Accounting and has been employed in bookkeeping roles since 1998 and is a Xero Certified Advisor.

Sandra Kuecher

Bookkeeper - Certificate IV in Bookkeeping & Accounting. 20 years experience in corporate management with a focus on budgeting, finance and payroll. 

Kerri Newnham

Bookkeeper - Certificate IV in Bookkeeping & Accounting, with several years of experience with Not for Profit organsations, small business and payroll.
