We keep advisory simple and practical. No jargon, no 40-page reports you never read. We focus on:
Profitability improvement – Identifying where money is leaking, where you’re undercharging or overservicing, and what to change first.
Budgeting & forecasting – Building a realistic financial plan for the next 12–18 months, not just “last year plus 10%”.
Cashflow planning – Mapping inflows and outflows so you can see tight spots in advance and make calm decisions.
KPI selection & tracking – Choosing a handful of meaningful numbers (like gross profit, labour %, average sale, utilisation) and tracking them regularly.
Regular numbers & strategy sessions – Monthly or quarterly meetings to review the numbers, discuss what’s happening on the ground and decide next steps.
HOW IT WORKS
Step 1 – Numbers Health Check
We review your last 12 months of key reports (P&L, balance sheet, cashflow, payroll, any existing budgets) and look for patterns, risks and opportunities.
Step 2 – Clarity & Priorities Session
We meet with you (via Zoom) to walk through the findings in plain English and agree the top 3 priorities: cash, profit, or capacity.
Step 3 – Build your financial plan
We create a practical budget and cashflow plan, aligned with your goals, and set 3–5 KPIs to monitor. This becomes your scoreboard.
Step 4 – Regular review cycle
Each month or quarter we meet to review results, explain what the numbers are saying, adjust the plan and agree clear actions before the next period.
Step 5 – Support between sessions (optional)
For clients who want closer support, we can bundle in email support or quick check-ins so you’re not sitting on questions until the next meeting.
